With accelerated growth strategies in mind, it seeks to hire a like-minded professional to support the drive for higher human resource performance throughout its organization.
Key Responsibilities
In this strategic human resource role, you will play a key role in developing OD plans and interventions to support organization-wide strategic approach to changes. You will focus on organizational climate surveys leading to corporate culture transition, HR planning & OD/HR inventions to improve HR effectiveness, process analysis and organizational improvement as well as knowledge management, talent identification/development, performance management, leadership development and organization redesign. You will also focus on developing group synergies & integration.
In addition, you are also required to manage and support other change management initiatives as and when required. You will play a key role in internal communications across the organization.
Skills Requirements
You should have a degree, preferably masters in human resource or organizational development with at least 8 years of human resource, T&D or change management experience. You would ideally have gained your experience in organizational development from multinational, healthcare/pharmaceutical or technology-driven environments.
Some experience in working with external consultants in business process re-engineering & external benchmarking would be most ideal.

To be successful in this role, you should possess an engaging personality with the confidence, communication and influencing skills to work across diverse functions & complicated projects. You must also be a resilient individual undaunted by challenges to develop high performance ideals within the organization.
